The timeline of your installation is hard to pinpoint for sure. For small spaces, most projects can be done in two or three days. However, for larger areas, installation can take days or weeks. It depends on the complexity and size of your project.

The more items you can move from your floor, the better the installation will go. We can get around and underneath some items, but furniture and equipment can make installation difficult. When space is limited, we can’t properly prepare the substrate to receive a coating. This can make these areas wear out more quickly.

In most cases, we try to use products with little to no odors and no VOCs. However, options with extremely fast curing may have an odor. We’ll let you know if your coating option has an odor in advance.

Most of the time, we ask you to wait 24 hours minimum to walk on the floor. We recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours before allowing water to rest on the surface. These waiting periods help prevent damage to the new floor before fully cured. However, with some high-performance coatings, reinstallation of equipment can be done immediately. Ask us for more information.

There are many options for colors. Your choice of color does not impact the price.

The lifespan of your floor will depend on the floor you choose and your overall maintenance. Even simple coatings can last for many years with proper care.

Yes, all floors require some maintenance. We will explain the maintenance needed for your specific floor.

Yes, we can sometimes complete installation in sections. However, the more we section out your project, the more mobilizations are required. This can increase your project's scope and overall pricing significantly.

Yes, we can complete some projects at night. On smaller projects, we can usually satisfy this request. However, on larger projects, more coordination is needed. Therefore, we prefer to complete installation during the day whenever possible. This allows us to resolve issues that come up since suppliers and technical resources are available.

For most coatings, such as SaniGLAZE coatings, we can do the work at night. However, for commercial coatings such as epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and so on, we prefer daytime installation due to the complexity.
