Who we are
Locally owned, Jay Dee Inc. has been serving Colorado since 1967. Owner, Jeff Scibetta started the company by providing several small office buildings with janitorial services. Over the years, the company continued to grow; offering carpet, upholstery services, resilient floor care, and other cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in Colorado.
Floor Coatings & Epoxy Flooring
Jay Dee Inc. is locally owned and has been serving the Colorado market since 1967. We specialize in providing service solutions for all flooring surfaces. We offer services for both commercial & residential customers SaniGLAZE® for Ceramics, No Odor Seamless Epoxy Flooring, Natural Stone Restoration, Dustless Wood Floor Refinishing, Hard Surface Maintenance, Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Janitorial & Complete Building Services and Emergency Water Damage. We are the exclusive Colorado franchise for the SaniGLAZE® Tile Restoration System and the authorized Colorado dealer for Phoenix One-Step Epoxy.
Natural Stone Restoration
Flagstone, granite, marble, slate, terrazzo and travertine.
We specialize in restoring worn stones to their original condition. Each natural stone floor is different and must be cared for in specific ways to restore the natural brilliance. Our technicians are experienced and understand what it takes to properly restore floors, by honing or polishing the floor to restore its natural beauty. Restoration of polished marble or natural stone involves the removal of scratches and/or damage from the surface of the stone by means of mechanical abrasion.
We specialize in restoring worn stones to their original condition. Our techniques restore hardness and the shine of your stone. It looks and performs even better than brand new, without the cost of replacement.
Concrete Floors
We provide cleaning, dustproofing and sealing of concrete.
Dustproofing is another term for densification of the concrete, making the surface harder, less susceptible to damage and gives concrete the ability to receive a polish.
We also offer vapor barriers over concrete. This type of coating retards moisture transmission through concrete, allowing non breathable surfaces to be installed on top of the barrier. With a barrier installed, such surfaces will not buckle or become damaged due to moisture vapor transmission.
Finally, we provide coatings over concrete. These range from decorative to protective to industrial for all types of flooring needs and uses.
